On Tuesday, January 20, 2026, between 5:00 AM and 5:30 AM ET, Imprivata will be performing maintenance on our EAM hybrid cloud products. We do not expect downtime; however, some customers may be presented with an error screen after logout from SAML application for 3–5 minute during the maintenance window. Other cloud services will not be impacted. Once complete, services will return to normal automatically, and no customer action is required.
