Imprivata is undergoing planned maintenance for its cloud services on Thursday, September 17 from 4:45am – 5:30am EST. During this time, there will be a brief period of up to 10 minutes where the following services will not be operational: Confirm ID Remote Access, EPCS Transactions (i.e. signings), Mobile EPCS, Identity Proofing (including Digicert), Clinical Workflows, Self-Service Device Management, WebSSO, Proximity Aware, and Hands-Free Authentication. After this period, operation will resume normally with no additional action required.
