Update -
We are still investigating the issue where users cannot enroll a new Imprivata ID token via the web. All users can continue to enroll new devices in the "Enroll Authentication Methods" utility on machines with the Imprivata agent installed.
Imprivata will provide further updates as soon as they're available.

Investigating -
Imprivata is investigating an issue related to enrollments for new Imprivata ID tokens. Users may see a loop and be unable to enroll a new device when doing so via the web, such as when trying to use WebSSO or Remote Access. Users can enroll a new device via the "Enroll Authentication Methods" utility on endpoints with an Imprivata agent installed.
