Scheduled Maintenance
To maintain the highest security and ensure the optimal performance of our solutions, Imprivata regularly evaluates and performs maintenance updates to our systems. After a series of successful updates in April and May, we are completing this series with a set of updates on August 3 and 10. These are updates to operating system and related software.

These updates will be performed during a maintenance window of 4-5 a.m. ET.

Customer Impact
There is no downtime planned with this maintenance work, and we expect no impact to end-users. We expect the work to typically take much less than one hour each week.

At 1am EDT on August 17, 2022, we will upgrade our U.S.-based shared tenant to GroundControl 5.6. The work should take approximately one hour. We expect no downtime, and no customer action is required. This work repeats a previous upgrade, which we rolled back after the server began unexpectedly dropping connections.

Resolved - GroundControl's production shared cluster (c1; www.groundctl.com) was scheduled to be upgraded from 5.5 to 5.6 at 0300EDT/0800BST this morning. These upgrades are not expected to cause downtime.
Issues encountered during the upgrade meant that the upgrade had to be rolled back to 5.5.
The rollback caused downtime between ~0330-0420EDT/0830-0920BST.
During this time www.groundctl.com was unavailable and LaunchPads would have been offline and unable to check out devices.
