One of our third-party vendors used by our facial biometric services will undergo a required maintenance from 8:30 am ET until approximately 9:00 am ET on September 18th. During that 30-minute window, the vendor expects about 4 minutes where their service will be unavailable. This maintenance only affects facial biometric authentication and enrollment for Mobile EPCS. No other authentication methods are affected for EPCS or Mobile EPCS.
