On Tuesday, September 27th from 4 – 4:30am ET, Imprivata will be performing scheduled cloud maintenance.

There is no downtime expected for any products.

However, during this window, users may encounter a delay if they are enrolling an Imprivata ID, or if an administrator is performing Imprivata ID unenrollment and deletion in the Admin Console.

If any issues are encountered, please retry the workflow and it should operate as normal.
Again, no downtime is expected.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Imprivata Confirm ID (Remote Access – RADIUS and Legacy, Remote Access – Cloud-Based, EPCS – Authentication with Imprivata ID, Mobile EPCS – Authentication, Facial Biometrics, Clinical Workflows – Authentication with Imprivata ID, Third Party SMS, Imprivata ID token, Informational Notices) and Imprivata OneSign (Web SSO SAML Identity Provider - User Authentication, Informational Notices).
