Imprivata is undergoing planned maintenance for its cloud services from 4:30am – 5:30am EST. During this time, there may be a brief period of up to 5 minutes when the following services will not be operational: Confirm ID Remote Access (for Confirm ID versions 6.0 and later), Individual Identity Proofing (Digicert), Self-Service Device Management, WebSSO, and Hands Free Authentication interactions from the appliance to Imprivata’s cloud. After this period, operation will resume normally with no additional action required.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Imprivata Confirm ID (Remote Access – RADIUS and Legacy, Remote Access – Cloud-Based, EPCS – Authentication with Imprivata ID, EPCS – DigiCert Individual Identity Proofing, Clinical Workflows – Authentication with Imprivata ID).
