On Tuesday February 23, from 5:00 am to 5:30 am EST, Imprivata cloud will undergo planned maintenance.

During this time, there will be a brief period of up to 5 minutes where the following services will not be operational: Confirm ID Remote Access, EPCS Transactions (i.e. signings), Mobile EPCS, Individual Identity Proofing (including Digicert), Clinical Workflows (non-EPCS), Self-Service Device Management, WebSSO (Authentications and Administration), Proximity Aware, and Hands-Free Authentication.

After this period, operation will resume normally with no additional action required.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Imprivata Confirm ID (Remote Access – RADIUS and Legacy, Remote Access – Cloud-Based, EPCS – Authentication with Imprivata ID, EPCS – DigiCert Individual Identity Proofing, Mobile EPCS – Authentication, Clinical Workflows – Authentication with Imprivata ID, Third Party SMS, Informational Notices) and Imprivata OneSign (Web SSO SAML Identity Provider - User Authentication, Web SSO SAML Identity Provider - Administrative Services, Informational Notices).
