Starting on Saturday, July 30th, between 11:50 PM ET – 4 AM ET (note: maintenance is scheduled to start on 7/30 and end on 7/31), Imprivata will be performing scheduled cloud maintenance.

During the 4-hour window, there will be at least 2 hours of downtime for the following services: WebSSO (Authentications and Administration), Confirm ID Remote Access (v6.0+), Individual Identity Proofing (including Digicert workflow), Mobile EPCS, and Mobile EPCS Facial Biometrics.

Note that Imprivata ID authentications, Clinical Workflows, and all other EPCS transactions will not be affected.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Imprivata OneSign (Web SSO SAML Identity Provider - User Authentication, Web SSO SAML Identity Provider - Administrative Services, Informational Notices) and Imprivata Confirm ID (Remote Access – Cloud-Based, EPCS – DigiCert Individual Identity Proofing, Mobile EPCS – Authentication, Facial Biometrics, Informational Notices).
