On Thursday April 29, from 5:00 am to 5:30 am ET, Imprivata cloud will undergo planned maintenance. During this time, there will be a brief period of up to 5 minutes where the following services will not be operational: Confirm ID Remote Access (for Confirm ID versions 6.0 and later), Individual Identity Proofing (Digicert), Mobile EPCS, Self-Service Device Management, and WebSSO (Authentications and Administration) After this period, operation will resume normally with no additional action required.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Imprivata OneSign (Web SSO SAML Identity Provider - User Authentication, Web SSO SAML Identity Provider - Administrative Services, Informational Notices) and Imprivata Confirm ID (Remote Access – Cloud-Based, EPCS – DigiCert Individual Identity Proofing, Mobile EPCS – Authentication, Informational Notices).
