On Thursday, 6/22/2023 from 5:00 to 5:30 a.m. ET, there will be up to 5 minutes of downtime as Imprivata performs scheduled OSCID cloud maintenance impacting Imprivata OneSign Web SSO (Authentications and Administration), Cloud-based Confirm ID Remote Access, Individual Identity Proofing (including Digicert workflow), Mobile EPCS, Self Service Device Management, and Facial Biometrics. Note that Imprivata ID authentications, Clinical Workflows, and all other EPCS transactions will not be affected. Operation will resume normally with no additional action required.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Imprivata OneSign (Web SSO SAML Identity Provider - User Authentication, Web SSO SAML Identity Provider - Administrative Services, Informational Notices) and Imprivata Confirm ID (Remote Access – Cloud-Based, EPCS – DigiCert Individual Identity Proofing, Mobile EPCS – Authentication, Facial Biometrics, Informational Notices).
