Imprivata experienced an incident that occurred on the GroundControl Application Servers between 1:20pm and 1:35pm ET. The possible impact during this window would have been users likely seeing performance issues with authentications, checkout, provisioning, and Admin Console timeouts. Retrying these same tasks again would have fixed the problem. At this time the issue has been identified and mitigated, but Imprivata is working on a more permanent fix for the near future.
