GroundControl's production shared cluster (c1; www.groundctl.com) was scheduled to be upgraded from 5.5 to 5.6 at 0300EDT/0800BST this morning. These upgrades are not expected to cause downtime.
Issues encountered during the upgrade meant that the upgrade had to be rolled back to 5.5.
The rollback caused downtime between ~0330-0420EDT/0830-0920BST.
During this time www.groundctl.com was unavailable and LaunchPads would have been offline and unable to check out devices.
