For Imprivata Confirm ID EPCS users for Individual Identity Proofing: Our partner Digicert has advised us of a critical maintenance event that will cause an outage on Sunday, January 10th , 2021 between 12:00 am – 2:00 am EST (05:00 – 07:00 UTC). This will not impact EPCS functionality for providers who are already enrolled. During this time, providers will be blocked from the online questionnaire step of the ID proofing workflow. The expected user experience is that providers can wait until 2:00 am EST to start the process over again. Thank you for your patience during this update.
