On Tuesday, June 16th, Imprivata will perform scheduled maintenance for our common cloud platform between 6:00 PM ET and 6:30 PM ET. During this time, cloud services may be intermittently unavailable. Products that rely on these services could experience brief disruptions. Services are expected to return to normal immediately following the maintenance window. No customer action is required.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Patient Access (Cloud Services), Shared Cloud Services (Access Management Portal, Biometric Consent, Face Authentication, Identity Verification), Enterprise Access Management Cloud - Small Business Edition (SSO / Tap Access, Admin Console), and Enterprise Access Management (Imprivata ID token).
