Imprivata Enterprise Access Management Cloud Scheduled Maintenance

On Thursday September 18th Imprivata will be updating our EAM hybrid cloud products between 5:00 AM ET and 5:30 AM ET. (Note: This was previously set for Wednesday September 17th)
While this is not a downtime upgrade of our services some customers may experience WebSSO connectivity issues for a period of 3 – 5 minutes.
Other cloud services would not be impacted by this upgrade.
Once complete, Operation will resume normally with no additional action required
