On August 3, 2024, at 22:00:00 UTC (6:00 PM EDT), our SMS service vendor Twilio have a planned maintenance event and their service will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes.

SMS notifications from Imprivata services will not go through during that window but SMS functionality will be restored automatically after that maintenance event.
