On Wednesday, July 29th, 2026, between 5:00 AM and 5:30 AM ET, Imprivata will be performing maintenance on our EAM hybrid cloud products.
For a period of 5-10 minutes, during the maintenance window, customers who use Web SSO with OIDC may be presented with an error screen after logging out.
Other cloud services will not be impacted.
Once maintenance is complete, services will return to normal automatically requiring no customer action.
